I’ve worked at Costco for 19 years. Here are 10 of the best things I’m seeing on the shelves this month.

If you’re looking for a quick and easy lunch or dinner, I recommend picking up the East West Cuisine chicken katsu.

Each box comes with individually packaged seasoned chicken-breast cutlets, katsu sauce, and breading packets.

At my store, a box of chicken katsu costs about $8 per pound, which comes out to just under $20.

This month, Costco’s bakery is offering another new item: raspberry morning buns.

Each buttery, croissant-like bun is coated with granulated sugar and contains a raspberry filling. They can be served as is or warmed for a few seconds in the microwave.

A nine-pack of these ready-to-eat buns is $9 at my store.

When we get them in stock, they tend to sell very quickly, and prices can vary according to their value. At my store, gold bars are currently selling for $2,560.
