Fidelity has a stake in OpenAI that the mutual fund giant valued at almost $30 million, according to a filing on Wednesday.

Fidelity participated in OpenAI’s $6.6 billion funding round via its Blue Chip Growth Fund.

According to the fund’s monthly report, which was published on October 30 and includes financial information for the month of September, Fidelity valued its shares of OpenAI at $29,421,124.

It was not immediately clear how many OpenAI shares Fidelity owns. The fund manager lists the number of shares it has in each company in its annual and semi-annual reports, the last of which was published at the end of September and includes financial information through the month of August, just before OpenAI’s funding round.

Representatives for OpenAI and Fidelity did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
